When I am out and about, I like to relax and unwind. Photography is one way I can do this without really needing to plan too much.
I like to shoot the odd video with either my phone or my drone. The idea is to create short videos with soothing music to help me unwind. Relaxing and unwinding are critical activities needed to keep your mind in check and to ensure your mental health remains on track.

Photography and videography is an exceptional way to get out and help remain healthy. You don’t need to spend a fortune on equipment or software, either.
Just grab your phone, go for a walk, and enjoy looking for that moment you believe other people will like. As a leader, you need to learn to switch off and relax.
